LoginPlanbookEdu Pricing Update – Still Under $3/Month
Dear PlanbookEdu Teacher,
We’re reaching out to let you know that, starting May 1, 2025, the price for an individual PlanbookEdu subscription will increase from $25/year to $30/year.
This is our first price increase since 2011. It is necessary to continue providing the features and support you’ve come to expect from us, such as updated state and national standards and a smooth, flexible planning experience across all your devices.
Why the Change?
Like many online services, our operating costs have gone up over time. This small increase allows us to improve the platform while keeping PlanbookEdu:
- Ad-free experience
- Simple to use and teacher-friendly
- Fully supported by our amazing team
Even with this change, a full year of PlanbookEdu is still less than $3/month — an affordable way to stay organized and save time every week.
Renew Early and Save
You can renew early at the current $25/year rate by visiting your Account page before May 1, 2025.
What If You Don't Renew?
No worries — you won’t lose any of your existing plans. You can continue using the free version of PlanbookEdu, and all your lesson plans and data will still be available if you ever choose to subscribe again in the future.

If you have colleagues who also use PlanbookEdu or can get your school or department to sign up, we offer group discounts that can bring the price down even lower. Learn more here:
